Privacy Policy

• Account information: Your sign-in provider supplies account identifiers and information such as your name and email address. You may sign in using Google where offered through the sign-in provider. SundayKeep does not need your Google password.
• Home and household information: You or other authorized members may add addresses, property and room details, equipment, maintenance and safety records, chores, schedules, renter and lease details, household names and roles, invitations, notes, service providers and contractor contact details.
• Files and derived information: You may upload home photos, labels, invoices, receipts and other documents. SundayKeep stores your files and the details you enter or derive from them, such as extracted text, dates, amounts, categories and suggested reminders.
• Messages and preferences: We receive what you submit through the contact form, including your name, email, topic and message. We also store reminder preferences, notification subscriptions and information about sent or viewed in-app notifications.
• Technical and visit information: The service and its providers may process request information such as IP address, browser/device information, session identifiers and timestamps for operation, authentication, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and site measurement. Marketing signup may record referral/campaign parameters and signup events; some attribution is held temporarily in your browser session.

We use this information to authenticate you; provide, organize and search your home records; display household tasks, reports and reminders; process uploads; support sharing and invitations; answer contact requests; maintain and improve the service; and detect and address errors, misuse and security issues. Home Health scores and other summaries are calculated from available information and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

When you use a scanning or extraction feature, SundayKeep may process uploaded photos, invoices, documents or home notes to identify text, equipment, dates, vendor information and other suggested details. Relevant image content, document text or note text is sent to an AI processing service to produce the result. The service may prepare PDFs or images before submission. Some documents may be offered for extraction after upload. Review AI suggestions before relying on or saving them: scans can misread or miss information. SundayKeep has checks intended to keep certain access codes and other sensitive knowledge out of AI requests, but automatic detection cannot be guaranteed to catch everything.

Information you add to a home may be visible to other authorized household members according to their access and the visibility of a record. Some documents are limited to adults; other records can be made available to household members. You can invite adults and manage household profiles, including profiles for children who do not have accounts. Those profiles can contain names, roles, assigned chores and related activity entered by adults. Invited people may gain access after accepting an invitation. Features also allow you to create share links for selected reports or document collections; depending on the content, a person with the link may be able to view it without signing in, while certain sensitive shares require an authorized adult account. Treat share links as private, share them deliberately and revoke them when no longer needed. You are responsible for information you choose to share outside SundayKeep.

SundayKeep uses third-party services to operate the site and API, host data and uploaded files, authenticate accounts (including Google sign-in through the sign-in provider), process AI requests, and support message and notification delivery when configured. These providers receive the information needed for their roles. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a transfer of the service, subject to applicable requirements. We do not make household files public as a matter of course; sharing features described above are controlled by user actions and access settings.

SundayKeep uses your schedules, assignments, account information and preferences to create in-app reminders. Browser push notifications require a supported browser, permission and configured delivery; they may not be available everywhere. Email reminders are being built and delivery depends on service configuration, so selecting an email preference does not mean an email will be sent. Contact-form messages may generate an email notification to the SundayKeep operator when email delivery is configured. You can manage available reminder preferences in the app and browser notification permission in your browser.

We retain account and home information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security and legal purposes. Deleting a property in the app can remove its records from active service data; leaving or removing a shared home does not necessarily delete records owned or shared by another member. Deleting a record may not erase copies that someone else has already downloaded or shared. Backups, service logs and information held by providers may remain for a limited period after removal, subject to their retention practices and applicable requirements. There is no fixed universal retention period for every data type.

To ask for a copy of your information, request deletion of your account-related data, or ask about retained records, use the SundayKeep contact form. Tell us which account or home the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before responding, and may retain information where necessary for legal or security reasons. Account credentials and sign-in data managed by the authentication provider may also require action with that provider.

SundayKeep uses sign-in authentication, server-side access checks for home records and files, and restricted access for certain documents and reports. Uploaded files are stored through a storage provider rather than published as ordinary site assets. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; please protect your account, devices and any share links, and tell us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

SundayKeep is intended for adults managing homes, not for children to create their own accounts. Adults may add a child as a household profile without creating an account for that child and may assign chores or store related activity. Only provide information about children that is needed for household use, and manage access to it carefully. If you believe a child has supplied information directly to SundayKeep without appropriate adult involvement, please contact us so we can review the request.
