Terms of Use

You must be able to enter into an agreement to use SundayKeep and provide accurate information when creating an account. Keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure, and tell us through the contact form if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to upload, enter and share the information you provide, including information about a home, other household members, children, tenants and service providers. Obtain any permissions you need before including another person's information.

You keep your rights in the information and files you submit. You give SundayKeep permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including providing access to authorized members, generating reports, processing AI scans you request and fulfilling shares you create. You control whom you invite and which available sharing settings or links you enable; recipients may retain information they have viewed or downloaded. Review household roles and links regularly. SundayKeep does not claim ownership of your home records.

Do not use SundayKeep to break the law, violate another person's rights, upload content you are not authorized to use, send spam, harass others, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, probe or bypass access controls, or access another person's records without authorization. Do not misuse invitations, reports or shared links. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks or violations of these terms.

Home Health scores, example data on the marketing site, estimated lifespans, reminders, summaries and AI-extracted details are illustrative aids based on available records. They are not home inspections, safety certifications, code compliance determinations or guarantees of a home's condition. SundayKeep cannot detect every hazard or ensure a reminder arrives. Verify dates, amounts, labels and AI output against original documents. Use qualified professionals for inspections, repairs, legal or financial advice, and call local emergency services for an emergency. Do not delay urgent safety action because of information in SundayKeep.

Features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party services, device settings or network conditions. Push delivery depends on browser permission and service configuration; email reminder delivery is being built and depends on configuration. We do not guarantee that reminders, messages, scans, files or share links will always be available or delivered on time. Keep your own copies of important home records and use independent calendars or alarms for critical deadlines. We may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable obligations.

Signing in, hosting, storage, AI processing and any configured notification delivery may depend on third-party providers. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use their services, including a Google account if you choose Google sign-in. SundayKeep is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SundayKeep is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SundayKeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, missed reminders, property damage or lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or your rights under applicable consumer law.

You may stop using SundayKeep at any time. To request an export or deletion of account-related information, use the contact form; see the Privacy Policy for details. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date and giving additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
